  • Who do you work with?
    I specialize in helping school-aged children to young adults who often begin therapy when feeling anxious, depressed, stressed, overwhelmed, having challenges related to school, conflictual relationships, or difficutly adjusting to changes (ex: moving, new baby, recently marriage, starting college/new job).
  • How long do I have to be in therapy?
    I believe that therapy is a colloborative process. We will discuss what you would like to accomplish from attending therapy, periodically review your progress, and then decide, together, if you have reached your desired goals.
  • Do you take insurance?
    I am an out-of-network provider. Your privacy is important to me, and therefore I prefer to work without the restrictions and input from insurance companies. However, I understand that some prefer to use their insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly receipt to give to your insurance company to receive possible reimbursement.
  • How much does therapy cost?
    My fee is $175 per 45 minute session
  • What is Good Faith Estimate?
    You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.   • How do I pay for therapy?
    I accept debit, credit, HSA and FSA cards, through my secure patient portal. Once adding your information, no need to do anything further - session fees will be charged automatically over night.
