About me
If you are reading this, you’re a good parent! No one gave you a manual on how to help your anxious child, and yet, here you are, trying to figure out what’s best for them.
Even if you’re wondering “Are they too young for therapy?” or “Should I have gotten them help sooner?” - you’re already taking the first step towards helping them beat their anxiety.
Maybe your child is struggling with everyday worries, overwhelming fears, or obsessional thinking. You’ve tried everything you can — reassuring them, making suggestions, avoiding triggers, even trying to ignore the fears — but nothing seems to work. It’s exhausting, and you’re not sure what else to do.
You want to help your child feel calm, confident, and capable again. And you want to stop walking on eggshells, unsure of whether to push or protect.
That’s exactly what I help families do.
I specialize in working with anxious children and teens — as well as the parents who love them. Whether your child is dealing with social anxiety, specific phobias, separation anxiety, panic attacks, general worry, or OCD, therapy can help them conquer their fears, feel more in control and reconnect with themselves.
You’ll also receive support. I work closely with parents, offering tools, language, and guidance so you can respond effectively - without unintentionally feeding into the worries or getting stuck in their anxiety cycle.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe you are the expert on your child. I’m here to help with my expertise in treating anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder.
